I have a 1 bedroom in Browne's Edition. I've got quite a few people who get nervous because of Browne's but it's actually in a really good part of it. Everyone who's ever visited me is always happily surprised at where it is and what it's like! It's on the west side of Browne's so it's super quiet and safe. It's nice and utilities are super cheap through Avista. It has a cable hookup for comcast too. Laundry is on site.It is a house made into 15 or so smaller apartments.It has been kept up very nicely and the management is awesome! It's also a secured building meaning you have to use a key to get in the building and another to get into the apartment! The apartment is on the corner, so it's quiet, cool, and secluded. I am moving into a room in a house, so if you need furniture I also have a matching couch, chair, and ottoman. I can also provide book shelves and a coffee table, both are matching. These would be included for free! Basically, the room I want to move into is starting july 1. I will pay for July so your first month would be free. Rent is 480 but I pay 490 because I have a cat. They do not alllow dogs. I can't take my cat with me, so if you are interested, I could include him too. He's adorable and so sweet. But, if you are just looking for the apartment, I understand and I know I can still find him a good home. If you are looking for cheap, this is the place for you. Cheap in price, not in quality! There is a security deposit but I'm not sure what it is, I will have to check again for you. It is a year lease. I really love it, I just don't want to live alone anymore, it's not my thing and my friends offered me a room at their place.
